Birth to Three Services/Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program

Please seek the help of a Family Resources Coordinator (FRC) if you have concerns about your Birth to Three year old child.

•        An FRC can screen your child for developmental concerns and help you access services that meet your family's specific needs

•        An FRC will assist you in working with the schools and/or private therapists to schedule children for appropriate evaluations and services

•        An FRC will coordinate the process of creating your Individualized Family Service Plan to reflect the services for your child and family

•        An FRC will answer your questions, explore community resources and assist you in any way possible
