Continuing Resources Coordination Program (CRC)
Research shows that Parent Involvement in Education creates a climate where parents and teachers together
create a consistent and supportive approach to fostering a child’s successful growth (Search Institute, 2007).
The Continuing Resources Coordination Program helps parents with children ages 3-6 develop
healthy relationships with school districts, maintain and modify services and
supports developed through the Infant Toddler Early Intervention Program,
communicate effectively with teachers and administrators, and build confidence for the
Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process as their child transitions from the Birth to Three
program and enters the preschool years and beyond.
Services include:

~  CRC home visiting professional to discuss transition and maintenance of current
community supports
~  Assistance with preparation for school, including:

~  Creating a master plan for your child
~  Creating goals and strategies
~  CRC support with Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development & implementation

~  Connection with ongoing resources after the age of 3
~  Continued support through Parent to Parent, including:

~  One-to-one parent mentoring
~  Support groups and educational activities
