Harbor Family Connections

Harbor Family Connections offers emotional support, community resources, peer mentorship, one-on-one parent patches, educational opportunities and guidance to parents/caregivers living in Grays Harbor County caring for infants and toddlers (birth to three years old) with developmental delays or a disability.
